Boston based inspired purpose coach Tony Martignetti shares
experience of facilitating virtual summits, tips on creating
emotional safety, how to create the feeling of community during
online events, and why uncertainty is a good thing.
Recorded on May 22nd, 2020 - We are well into the next phase of
this pandemic now and I loved how what Tony brought to the
conversation was on one hand, so relaxing and the other, he shared
such useful tech tips. For me, it serves as a perfect entree to his
new Virtual Campfire Podcast too… that of course, I’ll be
subscribing to.

Before sharing my experience as a coach, I was a finance and
strategy professional with experience working with some of the
world’s leading life sciences companies. Along my journey, I also
managed small businesses and ran a financial consulting
company.
Throughout my career, I have learned many lessons, not only as a
leader but also working with high-performing leaders across
multiple organizations. My passion for helping people has fueled my
inspiration at Inspired Purpose Coaching.
At Inspired Purpose Coaching, I specialize in working with leaders
and their teams to navigate through change and unlock their true

well-informed decisions, improve their leadership skills, and
ultimately increase their impact.
Throughout my coaching career, I have become known for supporting
leaders in finding clarity so that they are energized, unstoppable,
and lead with a strong presence. When leaders unlock their
potential and lead from a place of inspired purpose, their positive
impact and powerful leadership are amplified.
