I share my experience of working as a consultant in the biotech industry and how I pivoted my career to become an inspired purpose coach and transformation leader. I share my perspective on leadership and why I believe it is a gift we can use to motivate and inspire others. I discuss the importance of igniting yourself into action by illuminating who you are and what you’re meant to offer to the world. I also share my experience with overcoming fear and impostor syndrome and why we should lean into these feelings of discomfort to use them as a sign of personal and professional growth.
