Fernando Moran is a community builder and the Co-Founder and Vice President of sales at Seed Community, a Central American business community dedicated to developing business centers to drive innovation. In addition to his work with Seed Community, Fernando serves as Vice President of consulting at Jurakan International Corporation, President of his firm, WaterBear Ventures, and he formerly spent two years as a professor of entrepreneurship at ESEN in El Salvador. Fernando sees value in community collaboration and the power of bringing people together to establish connection.
Fernando joins me today to discuss his community-building values and how it has played a role in his life and work. He shares the importance of investing in experiences, using your values as a guide, and focusing on relationship-building in business instead of merely being transactional.
